Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Including all accessories and components

To start a return, please contact us at support@coolcoreco.com. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coolcoreco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence

We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used heating pads

  • Items with visible wear

  • Final sale items

Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
