❗ Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order is already shipped, we cannot make address changes.
If the package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we can:

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
CoolCoreCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”
